"I would never visit this store again , I have been shopping in industries clothing since 15 years and the customer service I received from staff patrica and the manager made me disgraceful and mostly for my friend as well who was ready to spend more than $200.00 in clothing just because of me. Staff promised one price first and other staff -patrica jumped in and changed the price by increasing. The manager at the end sounded racis to customer by saying this is not any Asian country that you bargain for price. How can you be racis to your customer. I would extremely not recommend anyone to visit this store while you in DFO . When we share our bad experience to other shops at DFO then they were shocked. People who doesn’t know how to treat customer and destroy the reputation of the brand industries clothing should not be hired I guess."

"Very helpful staff, I wanted a chino, but the size was out of stock pretty much everywhere; the girl called the stores one by one until she found and kept one for me. Unfortunately didn’t get her name, but blonde. Chinos are of good quality and the slim fit cut is nice."

"Pretty happy with my experence here. The staff were great and the store was nice. The sale stock was resonable. Their deals are prerty bad I must say, very rarely do the have big markdowns which is odd for a DFO. But its worth taking a look just incase they have something good. Overall a great store just wish their specials matched what is offered around them."
