No less than three Cotton On Warriewood staff were not wearing their masks (hanging off one ear, under chin etc), in full breach of the public health order. Every customer in the shop and the rest of the mall was masked, and security was policing teenagers without masks just outside the door. There is no longer any excuse for this type of behaviour.
