"BE WARNED, bonds do not keep any copies or proof of your transactions for returns or exchanges they can’t even look up the transaction in their system. The only “proof” they will accept is your paper receipt. We just wanted to exchange a Christmas gift for the right size and we had proof on our credit card statement and they still would not exchange it. Staff were also rude and unhelpful."
