"This is a review about the Decjuba brand and stores regarding their poor customer service. Just look on Trust Pilot. They have a 60% one star rating and 2.6 stars. That will keep going down further I am sure. The worst ever customer experience. They did not have one of the dresses I wanted and they found one in another store. I was willing to go and pick it up Thursday night as I work the other days and evenings and would not have been able to make it. It is now Sunday and I am in Newcastle and the dress is at Castle Towers in Sydney where I live. I was totally willing to pay for it in advance at the store where I was. The Castle Towers sales person, which would be instantly sacked if working for me, refused to hold the dress for 3 days and refused to take payment over the phone. The shop where I was at also refused to take payment. I then spent 170 in the store where I was at and they wanted me to pay $3.00 for a bag that costs them 1c to make. Another hidden tax or cost. I just went to bras and things and they provide holding facilities, bags and payment and returns at any store. You have a lot to learn about proper customer service Decjuba and you have definitely lost this customer since you do not value customers and don't have the services that other stores so effortlessly provide."
