"Today I had a very positive experience shopping at Factorie. The worker was extremely sweet and helpful and was not pressuring in any sort of way, she offered me advice with my purchases and even helped organise me a delivery to avoid spending online delivery fees! Honestly nicest person I’ve come across in a while. She seemed like she genuinely enjoyed helping me, and wasn’t just doing it “because it’s her job”, her attitude was great! I’m also so sad I didn’t get her name!"

"To start with, this is worst experience I had ever had. Poor communication, playing with words and horrible hospitality. The shop had a sign ‘sale’ but the sale items are in the backend and none of the staff mentioned it. They were busy talking to themselves. Secondly when I went to pay for my stuffs the staff managed to convince me to buy more, to bill for $100 - the canvassing words are, you will get $10 off in your next purchase. Today I went to buy a T-shirt hoping to have $10 discount. For my surprise - the rude staff said, you only did purchase for $99.90 so you are not eligible for $10 discount. I need to buy something more and wait for the email confirming the discount. That sounds like it’s fraudulent for me, this wasn’t explained to me before. I will never go again Worst shop"
