As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, the Department of Education has shared a draft plan for NSW public education. We value the input and feedback of parents and carers in shaping this plan, as we believe in the importance of collaboration and community involvement in providing the best educational opportunities for our students.
In addition to our academic pursuits, we also encourage our students to engage in extracurricular activities. Our combined choir performance at the prestigious Sydney Town Hall is just one example of the opportunities we provide for our students to showcase their talents and develop their passion for the arts.
Lastly, we would like to acknowledge and pay our respects to the traditional custodians of the land on which our school stands. We also extend our respect to the Elders, both past and present, for their wisdom and guidance.

"This school cares WAY too much about their school uniform rather than their students' wellbeing. When people wear other jumpers (because they're cold or it's winter), they're asked to take it off. When people would like to dye their hair or wear makeup, they are told it ruins the dress code and they have to take it off. Someone I know dyed their hair over the break and wasn't able to take it off by the time we went back to school. They were constantly picked on by teachers, even though they kept telling them they were unable to remove it. One time on an bus back (from an excursion), the *wellbeing* teacher told me "Wow, you really *do* talk a lot." In a really rude tone. I do not recommend going to this school."
"When I was in year 10, I moved from a private school to this school, due to mental health issues, I have trouble making friends and the teachers don't really care. So I'm on my laptop at recess and lunch, and the thing is I have this thing which I find it difficult to make friends. Now, I regret moving because I get really sad everyday Also, if you aren't in correct uniform and wearing a hoodie that has some kind of "art" on it, you would need to get the Deputy Principal's permission. I mean students should have a right to wear whatever they want. This school is ok, but don't do what I did"
"This school does not care about their students wellbeing, students are obviously hardly keeping up with the work EVEN AT THE END OF THE YEAR. And the other day I tried to make an important call to my mother for something THAT'S WAS IMPORTANT, and a teacher almost confiscated my phone even though we were told no to have our phones out UNLESS it's an important call to a parent, WHICH IT WAS. The teachers need to realise what the rules are. The school staff really need to calm down and take it down a notch with the whole "you can't wear that jacket/jumper at school, it's not part of the uniform".. well then give us a better uniform instead of complaining about it to us. It's not my or any of the other students fault that the jumper is very itchy and it doesn't keep you warm and many many students have complained about it throughout the year. If the staff actually cared about our wellbeings, they would be doing so much better. And personally, I've noticed that Ms.Budd has favourite students and treats them better than others. This school isn't as great as you think or as they say. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS TO THIS SCHOOL!!!"
"Before attending this school my mental health was already quite low, after having past traumatic incidents in nearby areas. Now after having spent time at this school I can confidently say that my mental health has greatly suffered. Not only do the staff care more about uniforms than health, but I requested a meeting with a councillor and never got an appointment or even a checkup for MONTHS. Don’t send your children here. I’m in a constant state of stress and anxiety over the high expectations of all staff, but mostly Ms. Atchison, a Deputy Principal. I’ve expressed my thoughts of self harm and other similar feelings and never had any support whatsoever. If I could, I’d return back to a school I used to attend, where people were assaulted almost weekly, but students got support and weren’t forced to take off jumpers in the middle of winter."
"Don't go here unless you want to be in a school that chooses the uniform over it's education, like seriously it's just clothing. The teachers will get mad even if you just wear your own jacket because you can't afford the school one. This school cares way too much about the way the students look over ANYTHING."
