"All the staff and pharmacist's are friendly and knowledgeable. If you're a regular customer they take the time to remember your name and say hi and have a chat. The head pharmacist Michelle genuinely cares about her customers and always goes out of her way to help me out. Good customer service like that is hard to find these days."

"No help from staff whatsoever. Check out person did not know where anything was in the store, directed me to the people at the back of the store, I waited for 10 minutes hoping someone would ask what I needed. Nothing from anyone! Won't be going back there!"

"Lazy staff. I went into the store seeking an ointment, there was no stock on the shelf. A nice lady doing stocktake, had a look at the tubs underneath the shelves and found no stock, she directed me to another lady standing. I went up to the lady standing and she immediately responded, without even bothering to check the system, saying there was no stock. I go online and guess what, it shows in stock for the same store, so I place a click and collect order for it. Absolute laziness of staff."

"Went in to get some documents certified and stood there for like 30 minutes asked 3-4 times that how long its gonna take… there was this staff member making faces and said I already told the pharmacist and it will call you… I asked how long its gonna take and she was like you in the queue and pointed at the pharmacist and said it will call you. She didn’t even took the documents from us…like how the pharmacist will know…or how we know that he gonna call us. 3-4 customers came after us and were being served but us we were being ignored like what the hell we went there and we gonna pay for the work done but at-least treat everyone the same not just listen and let the person stand there for 20-30 minutes despite being asked 3-4 times. This is such a shame and such a racist behaviour. The pharmacist was close enough to listen to the conversation but didn’t even bother to look. There was this other staff who tried to help us but the lady who asked us to stand in the queue just said oh they just waiting like come on be respectful to others and do your job properly and with dignity. I wish I couldn’t even give one star as this kind of behaviour doesn’t deserve it. I wish the lady was wearing a name badge so I could post her name but we went there around 2:20pm. Such a racism thing."

"Pharmacist lacks all human emotion for this job. I walked up in the freezing cold in the dark... with the wrong script... end stage liver disease.. shouldn't have been out. I had an instant panic attack when I realised.. he stood in my personal space yelled for me to sit down and just got closer I was in tears.. exhausted and just wanted to eat digest without distress.....a little bit of of kindness would have gone a long way. Don't yell at people having panic attacks!! They're already scared and trying."
