"I have been shopping at urban culture for the past few years but for the past few months the girls at the roselands store honestly need to be replaced. I have never in my life walked into a store where the workers are just plain rude! They have no customer service at all. Just a hello would be nice upon walking in but instead they are busy chatting away about their life to one another behind the counter and don't even consider anyone that's in the store. It's happened every single time I have walked in and not just to myself I have noticed it's to everyone that comes into the store. It's very frustrating and annoying."

"The customer service isn't quite the best. Apparently exchange is not possible due to ' Hygienic Reasons' as opposed to other stores that welcome exchanges. They charge a 0.50 cent ' Surcharge ' for purchases under $20, which is absolutely silly and unnecessary ..... Most items are over - priced."
