"Bad experience at North Rocks branch on Sunday 3rd January 2021. Door was closed but not locked - I had checked online that the branch was closing at 4pm and I was there at 3pm. I opened the door as it was not locked and requested if I could either have a refund or a different size to exchange what I had but I was rudely told to go away. I am a working person as well and would find it difficult to get back to the store until next weekend. Would be nice if people were more customer service focused and considerate."
"Bought 3 pants on 06\06 and the fitting room was closed. Somehow I was advised that not refundable, but allowed to exchange the size because the price tag is green not the red tag. As the different cutting so I took 2 of size 12 and one of size 14. Size 14 is too big for me. Just been to the shop and the lady told me that no exchange was allowed too. No more Miller shopping for me in future. She just been so rude and argued that her colleague did not make any mistakes. Well for that $30 dollars Miller just lost one of customer and never recommend to others"
