"We moved to RPCS in 2022 with 3 children and absolutely love it. The staff are fantastic, they are nurturing, attentive, supportive, committed, show genuine care for all their students, and want to see them succeed. It is also wonderful to see so many incredible male primary teachers, which seems rare these days. The staff are passionate and engaged with the students’ learning outcomes. There are plenty of co-curricular and interschool opportunities such as sports, music, debating, chess, art, drama, writing competitions, and really interactive and safe excursions. There are great modern facilities and plenty of vocational classroom settings in the high school. The transition to Secondary School program looks to be effortless and impressive. I love the extra mile approach to things like bringing in the high school students to read to the kindergarten students and present them with a book during book week. Spiritually, the school has helped to build my children's characters, promoting strong Christian values and an overall focus on well-being. The entire school strives to see and nurture the unique gifts and strengths that each child has been blessed with and help them to recognise how they can be used for God’s glory. The school has been such a blessing for our family, we can see our children thrive academically, grow, and flourish each day in their faith, and most importantly they feel safe, valued and cared for."
"this school does NOTHING to stop bullying. I was surprised to learn that my daughter came home with her sandwich mixed with a juice in her lunchbox and BRUISES on her thighs. Even name calling! These teachers need to take notice of these things! Thankfully she’s out of the school."
"I’m a fairly recent ex student of RPCS who went to this school since year 4. It’s an excellent school with great teachers that support students from K-12. I’ve had such a great experience going to this school and was able to be taught by some of the best loving and qualified teachers. Christian education is amazing and I was able to meet Jesus through this inclusive and Christ- centred community. I’ve also met my life long friends from this school, who always help me keep accountable in my walk with God. I was also academically challenged, where teachers helped me grow in my learning. They helped me to minimise stress during my senior years and I was able to have a calm HSC period with little stress. This helped me to achieve the results I wanted, getting offers from many different universities, landing me into UNSW. Best school if you care for your child’s wellbeing during this stressful period in life!!"
"Avoid. Avoid.Avoid.Unless you’re here on a visa or are a pastor then no responsibility or care is taken. The staff do everything they can to place blame on the victim of bullying and if that doesn’t work then they just simply ignore. The Church runs the school but is just as irresponsible and uncaring as the school. Complain too much about your child being bullied and the Principal will expel your child. The bullies are protected by the staff of this school. It’s sickening the harm they are causing kids due to their inaction and the school environment they encourage."
"I am disgusted to learn of the inability to stop bullying and assaults on our children at this school. The principal condones this behaviour and protects bullies. I would strongly advise against enrolling your children in this school. This is not a Christian school!! Good Christian’s would not allow harm to come to the innocent and bluntly sweep it under the rug. Again what disgusting behaviour and practices. Should you wish know more, I will be taking this further to the media to ensure the safety of our children."
