"Worst customer service in Australia, Europe and the Pacific. I tried (very politely) to return a FAULTY item after 2 months after purchase, the following was my experience last Thursday. I was told in short to get lost by the same young lady who I originally bought 4 of the same items on the day of purchase (in black, navy, white and olive). She said without asking any questions and not even asking what the fault was or when it happened or even looking at the item: "1. It's not an on-floor item I took them off last week; and 2. It's too late after purchase to return a FAULTY item; and 3. So, no refund and no exchange for you." Effectively she told me she was too busy to deal with my problem (which was actually a product problem), she had not options for me, and she couldn't be bothered investing valuable custimer sevice into me AFTER SALES CARE, and to leave her store. When I asked to speak with the owner, she proudly declared she was the store manager (whixh I already knew), and the owner is in Melbourne. I mentioned I had a phone and assumed the owner had one too. To which she said, she doesn't know where the owner is right now. She then walked off and left me there at the counter. The store manager's utter dismissal of me was appalling behaviour (in any situation private or public), and it was completely unprofessional and rude. She left me feeling humiliated, confused and invisible. I will never go to the Decjuba Balgowlah store again, and I will never purchase the brand ever again. And I will get a message to the owner in Melbourne, who we can only presume owns a telephone, has an email address, and a registered business adddress (whereabouts unknown) one way or another. So, thanks for the humiliation it was memorable. The good news is that at least I now know how to leave a google review. Peace out."
