In line with our commitment to raising awareness and understanding, we recognize World Autism Awareness Day on April 2nd and the entire month of April as Autism Awareness Month. We encourage everyone to wear blue on this day to show support and increase public awareness about autism, as well as the challenges faced by individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.

At Les Powell School, we also believe in honoring and acknowledging the traditional custodians of the Darug land. We pay our respects to the Elders both past and present, recognizing their ongoing connection to the land and their rich cultural heritage.
