The person she was serving before me was giving her unwarranted grief, enough to wreck anyones day, but she remained so poised and upbeat and she was the friendliest retail worker I have come across for quite some time. "Look guys you really need to hire more staff. There was only one person working there at the time. The store was full of customers and there were boxes of stocks that needed to be put away. One person can only do so much. I asked the staff for her name as she was being really helpful and deserves to be recognized. Poor Diana was running non stop but still being friendly and efficient with customer service. She deserves a pay rise for the amount of work she has to do."
