"Went to the chemist this evening & started to look for what I wanted but not sure where. A young male assistant asked me if I needed help before I had the chance to ask him. On asking he motioned where to find it & then followed to ensure I had it. I still couldn't find another product & he checked the computer & there was none. On a suggestion he then looked at other stores & found some in the next suburb & rang them to hold some for me. Superb service."
"Never have anything in stock. Always have to go preston chemistwarehouse. Also on one occasion they said we can't do pricematch because if it's not in stock in woolworth. I explained that its not in one woolworth but could be present in another woolworth. At least I know how it works otherwise Checkout person could have charged me full price. Don't feel like going there again inspite of walking distance to my house. South East was always the best when I lived there. Never had any problem."
"I have been going to this chemist for a while now and I have had such lovely service no matter what I needed. They have given me great service when I get my medication monthly, aswell as when I get my flu Shot. Unfortunately, today I was met with the opposite, I felt judged for what I was picking up. The pharmist laughed noticeably at the prescriptions I presented. After waiting for a couple of minutes they told me they couldn't help as they only had 1 of my scripts in stocks but It was the more expensive one, implying I should leave. When I asked how much the expensive one was they told me that they couldn't dispense it as they actually didn't have enough of what I needed. I'm disappointed that I left feeling so judged and belittled. As someone struggling with mental health this was not helpful at all. I understand being out of stock but I also expect to be treated like a person."
"Individual staff are lovely, but be prepared to wait over half an hour and/or have to ask them to follow up on your prescriptions, as clearly one or more of the pharmacists just fill scripts and don't call them out, and they don't seem to have any system for checking on this. If time is money, they certainly aren't the cheapest!"
