"After having been very satisfied with the service here I was extremely disappointed to be faced by a pharmacist not following protocol and failing to wear a mask. When raised I was told he forgot. On returning to the pharmacy after a few minutes, he still had not bothered to put a mask on and thought speaking with me whilst holding a mask in front of his face was sufficient. Masks are supposed to be worn properly particularly with at least one local Tier 1 hot spot."
