"1 May 2022: I visited the Jacqui E Homebush DFO store with my family. I witnessed and experienced the most disgusting, disgraceful, rude and appalling staff behaviour ever. I noticed the girls (staff) yelling at customers near the changing rooms. An older female staff member yelled at me because I had one hand on the clothes rack as I stood there. I felt very humiliated in front of other customers in the store and my family. She didn't stop at this, and she kept mumbling abuses as she walked past me. The abusive behaviour is noticeably more pronounced towards people of colour. Who treats their customers like this?? Simply disgusting. Update, 10 May 2022: I complained to the management and they promptly responded with an apology and promised further action. I appreciate the prompt response."
"Dispicable behaviour at change room lady bossing customers, literately chasing them with hangers to customers to hang dresses back after try out. Really doing her job that she gets paid for! Asking if she speaks English that she needs to hang her dress back and place at the hanger. Probably won't be going into this store location anymore. I didn't see previous review, totally true about ignorance to Asian appearance. I felt she was targeting these ladies not others due to them being Asian."
"Walked in at the same time as two other ladies and they were Caucasian. The staff member told them about the sale for the day. I was completely ignored. Staff continued to approach other ladies and I was again ignored. I walked out because of that fact, even though I wanted to buy something. A little bit of customer service goes a long way"
