"Great sales lady - you can't leave without buying anything lol great quality clothes and love their sales."
"Had a great experience. Lisa was amazing. Very polite and patient.definitely will be back to this shop."
"Absolutely appalled by the customer service representative working at around 11-12 yesterday. Dark hair, tanned complexion, and obvious makeup. My grandmother was trying on a cardigan to which the worker watched her with an unpleasant face looking her up and down. When we were done my grandmother put the item back on the rack. As I waited for her outside, I watched as the worker watched my grandmother leave. Then followed her out promptly, WALKING OUT OF THE STORE, to again look her up and down. In a way I can only describe as dehumanising. She did not talk to my grandmother, only looked up me to ask where the cardigan she had just tried had been left. As someone who works in retail, I would know, regardless you NEVER chase someone out of a store if you think they are stealing. It is a HR issue. Once I told the worker that we had left it on the rack she followed with “I just need to know where you left it”. Definitely an attempt to back track as she realised we had not stolen anything. My grandmother is 80 and walks with a limp at the pace as slow as any elderly woman. There were plenty of people in the store, however my grandmother wears a hijab. I can only imagine why she was chased out. I’m not sure if this worker holds any prejudice, but she’d better think twice before she chases an elderly woman out of the store. I’ve worked in retail and I understand the nuances, I have never treated anyone with such disrespect. Appalling behaviour, incredibly dehumanising."
"Frequent this store with mum and sister. Was shocked yesterday when shopping there, I thought I was in the middle of a family picnic. Was in the store for about 1 hour and during this time the two sales assistants seemed to be more interested in eating their lunch than helping customer's. The entire time I was there they spoke in Arabic to each other VERY Loudly across the store. When my sister needed help with sizing one of the assistants seemed bothered and yelled back at my sister from the middle of the store that her size was not available and she needed to go and chose another style. No ATTENTION to customers needs, rude abrupt interactions and speaking in another language to One another in front of customers is innapropriate. Definitely not a good look for this reputable company and certainly not going back there."
