The guy in the bottle shop, Ryan, is fantastic. The owner looks perpetually stressed to angry. Despite the fact that I have been going there since it moved in (maybe 22 years ago) the permanent staff with the exception of Ryan, refuse to make the effort to know me despite my best efforts to smile and engage. I love my local shops and are friendly terms with so many of them, but this IGA defeats me. Except for Ryan."
"Today the 20 March around 2:30pm at the deli, this young brunette dark colour hair is super rude, nasty, foul tempered and surly. We have been there regular and we never serve with someone like that before in that IGA. Just remember you are currently employed because of customers, so do you job! Customer service is not hard, don't scowl at people's."
