"Very disappointing that they sold wrong item to me and refused to exchange it. Not recommended at all. Never saw such a refusal to return or exchange! He recommended another rice brand to me which had really low quality. I will let all friends know about it."

"12/2020: The supermarket has moved from outside the shopping centre to inside the centre opposite the Newsagent. Small specialist Supermarket with an interesting range of mostly European, Persian, Italian, Greek, etc products that are not readily available. Stocks a lot of brands not stocked at the major supermarkets. Has a bakery and Cake section, Nuts, and lots of imported goodies as well as many staples like meat, pasta, flour, eggs, deli goods etc. Staff are friendly and very helpful as the story is very densely packed with narrow aisles and it can be hard to find things. They are also open to suggestions on products they don't stock and may get them in for you."

"I Purchased cakes from Smart Yesterday 1/08/2020. When I got home I realised they were covered in mould. I have contacted the health department. The owner gave me a full refund and then started getting smart. I got told that the cakes are not made on premises so he couldn’t guarantee that they were fresh. I told the owner that that was not good enough as he is responsible for food he sells regardless if it was made on premises or not."

"I worked at this place for three hours and they didn't pay. Their excuse was that they are not satisfied with the work. Maybe they could train better and based on Australian work affair they are not allowed to refuse the pay. Staff there are under paid. Do not support this business."

"Great Customer service, the Persian community needed a place like this where the owner recommends great stuff and ingredients , he is a very friendly guy who has a broad knowledge of the stuff in the shop. Highly recommended"
