"My baby started at Headstart Oatlands in May at 8 months old for four days. After three months I can give this centre 5 stars for the level of care they provide him. Staff are always genuinely happy to see him on drop off, and make the effort to actually speak to me and keep lines of communication open. Staff update the app very regularly and I can see how his feeds, sleeping and nappy changes are going. I love getting the daily updates and photographs of my child doing new and interesting things. The room coordinator (nursery) is a lovely, nurturing and warm person and it is evident that she loves children. This is also evident across all staff including the manager. Since starting my child has learned how to crawl, stand, and eat a vast array of foods. I have Headstart to thank for giving him a safe and happy environment to grow and develop. Thankyou guys!"

"Sadly I had to change my rating from 5 stars to 1 stars regarding the significant decline in the quality of care at your center over the past year. As a parent, I have noticed a stark difference in the level of service and care provided to the children since two managers and several staff members left. The programs have become subpar and there is a lack of communication and reporting on the center's apps. As a concerned parent, it is disheartening to witness the deterioration of the services provided by the child care center. One year ago, I was confident that my child was receiving the highest quality of care, but now, I am constantly worried about my child's safety and well-being while at your centers. It is imperative that the center hire qualified and experienced staff members to fill the vacancies left by those who have departed. Hope the management can take some actions and addresses those concerns and improve the level of care provided to the children at the center."

"Both of our daughters have gone through or are currently enrolled at the Centre, Charnna and the team are absoloutely fantastic with the kids and always make them feel like it is a second home!!! Always high level of communication and a great fun/learning environment is always created."
