"Lady that works at W.Lane MacArthur Square 11:14 on 11th of July was very rude and disrespectful. My mum tried to return or exchange items. She wouldn’t let her return either of them because one looked like it had been folded funny. What a joke. Never been worn and it’s just the material. This lady needs a lesson on customer service or at least how to handle situations better. Because that’s not it. Don’t ever go to this store or else you will be treat like this too."
