"Most terribly managed Coles I have ever seen. It is run by school kids dressed like drill rappers congregating, blocking isles and chatting. I cant even tell who works there everyone just wears what they want. Tonight I had a young checkout girl in a puffer jacket swearing right in front of my daughter.
