"Honorable Customer Service. I called three times no one answered the phone. I left voice message but no one returned the call. Very disappointed. Finally when the phone was picked up I requested to speak to the supervisor (I believe her name is Reni) did not speak as she was busy doing something. Her in charge Canzis picked up the phone. I never got the information that I needed. She does not have manner how to talk to a person. If I keep writing the detail it will be like a report so I will just leave it at that saying that " IF THE EDUCATORS HAVE THIS KIND MANNER WHAT WILL THEY TEACH TO THE CHILDREN THAT GO THERE ""
"I can not rate them enough! The staff are amazingly passionate and genuinely care for each child that steps in their front door. Growing Beans hold a lot of pride in their work, and it shows! My children are flourishing personally and on an educational level too. They are very well resources and have so many learning opportunities for all the children in their care. With a high regard to professionalism, family and cultural differences, following and adhering to policies and procedures, and constantly changing and upgrading their play spaces to be current, keeping the interest of the children and working around their interests also - a centre I would never hesitate to recommend to all parents!"
"I am so thankful I decided to enroll my 1yr old with Growing Beans. My baby settled within 1-2 days of being with them. It was because everyone was so caring and nice and very accommodating. I like it that they have so many activities and that the children are learning so much. They do painting, songs, dance, outside play. And you can see updates everyday of what they have learned. I'm always smiling while reading the daily journals. Keep it up Growing Beans!"
