"I shop here regularly and things have been okay besides the occasional wrong pricing when specials are applied etc. Which I often overlook as I like to support small. Also some deli products are off every now and then so I avoid deli. Today I purchased some beef silverside. The meat upon opening had a smell and was disgustingly slimy. I thought let me just wash it but the slime did not go. It was absolutely disgusting to touch and even though I never do, I returned this meat as I just purchased it today. The manager - Owners son Jason who told me he is the owner argued with me for 15 minutes in order not to refund a measly $21.20. He told me "you need to cook this meat". Oh really, its good that you told me as I didn't know you cook meat before you eat it. He went on about how this is a meat product that goes through quality assurance testing etc.. yes it may, but things go wrong and a person gets poisoned and then a recall happens. I refuse to be your guinea pig. He kept addressing me as "look love" - no "bro", you don't use that term with a customer, it's demeaning when used for anyone who you are not in a relationship with or have a relation to. He also told me not to shop there anymore. How Professional. Woolworths/Coles wouldn't even say that to a customer when they have millions of customers. Do not let your small achievement of owning a store get to your head. You may be doing well with sales as it's migrant community but some other company with better customer Service will close the gap.. Your customers will seek out shops where they are better treated. Professionalism 0 Customer Service 0 Quality of products - Questionable."

"Best supermarket. The butchers are delicious, meat tender as. Chicken so delicious. Staff Awsome n great bulk as well as fresh n frozen foods. Or try something new."

"I purchased Mince meat and Halal pies today. When I got home I took a closer look at the meat and it was majority fat! Appauling honestly no shame what so ever! Not to mention the pies, they would have had to be the worst pies I've had in my life- God knows how old they were the meat was like a paste texture, a light latte colour not brown as how you would expect a normal meat pie to be and don't get me started on the taste..straight to the bin. They were $16- biggest waste, I wouldn't even give it to my dog."

"Very kind customers, because I bought 5kilos of chicken drumstick and I went to pay for my groceries. Then I forgot the drumsticks on the cash register and the guy kindly ran to us and gave us the bag. I rate this 10/10"

"I love coming here for cheap produce - though it can be tough to find fresh fruit&veg. However, I bought meat from them for the first time - mince beef. The meat has a bunch of broken bits of bone in it! At first, I thought it was a one off, but my husband had one in his too. The the next day, more chunks of bone… this is very dangerous and unacceptable. This is clearly not a safe butcher to buy meat from. Higher your standards!!!"
