Explore & Develop Glenmore Park - Early Learning Centre Glenmore Parkway, Glenmore Park, New South Wales 2745

"Contrary to other reviews, my son had a great first few years then new office staff and new educators came in and were unfriendly towards both parents and children. Staff were quitting left, right and centre, you never knew who anyone was. There was no structure and the screens used frequently. They always had negative things to say about my child and we were just meant to cop it on the chin, even though it was complete nit picking and for the years prior never had an issue and when raised with the office staff it was not taken seriously. Upon removing my child from the centre after having had enough dealing with some of the staff I asked to speak to the owner to give her my feedback (because having been there 3 odd years you'd think she'd care) but she said she's not here to listen to things about her staff and basically shoved me out the building. I was not the only parent to remove their child and am not the only parent to have issues (that aren't minor). Very disappointing end to a long duration there. I wouldn't recommend this daycare anymore. A few years ago, yes maybe. But not anymore."

"Explore and Develop Glenmore Park is such a beautiful and well run centre. I honestly can’t fault them. The staff are warm and professional and genuinely care about each child. The centre owner, Elaine, is the most wonderful and caring woman and she makes you feel like part of a family the minute you enter the centre. The Centre Manager, Melissa, is incredibly professional and addresses any concerns (there haven't been many!) quickly and really listens and works hard to make sure the kids are as happy and safe as possible. My son is 4.5 and participating in their school readiness program (he has been there since he was baby). He has just thrived and learned so much, in a warm and supportive environment. My 1 yr old daughter is now attending also and has settled in quickly and smoothly. She absolutely loves the educators and seems so happy every day. I can’t recommend this wonderful centre enough. It’s a very special thing to leave your child with people every day knowing they will take care of them as well as you would (some days, probably better!)."

The staff are caring, friendly and passionate about teaching and looking after their students. The facilities are clean, fun and well looked after."
