"My sister and I took my 2 children (son, 13 & daughter, 7) to an art class run by Jade from Creative Abyss in the school holidays. It was a combined adults/kids class, and we had so much fun! Not only is Jade a talented artist, she knows how to encourage and teach people of all ages how to appreciate, create and enjoy art. I don't consider myself very 'arty', but you don't have to be to do a class with Jade - she's so friendly, and gently brought out my 'inner artist'.
