"Worst customer service. It's not even about the price at this stage it's about the way they treat their customer. They care more about the price then someone's life. They don't realise what they are saying to the customers, I witness one of the lady sales person saying to a customer about the price that " I don't care if you die here or not, I'm not lowering the price. " Like this is so unnecessary to say, what was the whole purpose of it. God bless that nothing happen to that man he is the father of three kids, you should really be careful with your words women! This really shows what respect and importance they have towards their customers! Unexpected behaviour! If I have to give negative star rating here I would even do that!"

"Poor customer service. The person behind the counter did not have any idea of the gold price. Every time we asked a question he was looking at his fellow workers for answer. He did not want to show us the stuffs. When asked to show 2-3 ladies gold chain, he lost temper and said first decide what you want to buy then I will bring it out of the showcase. He was thinking as if we will steal things from his showroom. They charge higher price compared to other shops on the same street. Very poor customer service. Highly disappointed. I wish I could give them zero star."
