"Our visit to the Sydney showroom of Temple & Grace proved to be very helpful with a knowledgeable and not pushy sales assistant that answered all of our questions. The pre-order and online ordering experience of a custom wedding ring was smooth with Temple & Grace allowing all the customisations I requested to be made and there was great email communication throughout. As a heads up, if you want the 'making of' video of your jewellery, you should request it in the additional comments field at the time of ordering. While there was some miscommunication with my order, this was resolved by customer service, so I overall had a good experience with Temple & Grace."
