"I did my nose pin and after 2 days later the pierce came out as there was no stud stopper and the lady told me if it comes out come back and when i called the store the lady said they can’t do anything they can’t even pierce on same spot and they will even charge me again for their mistake because they didnt do their job properly? Ridiculous service waste of money and they lied i called another store they said i can pierce again on same spot extremely unprofessional not recommend"

"Ordered something online and selected the ‘Click and collect’ option for Blacktown. They gave me an ETA of 1st March and its not 8th March and I haven’t heard a word.."

"I went to get 4 piercings done at Blacktown Lovisa and the lady I had she had curly blonde hair with many piercing herself. Was FANTASTIC! I love my new piercings! I told my mum to take 2 of my younger sisters there and they also came back home with perfect symmetrical piercings (seconds lobes). I asked her who they had and she mentioned a curly blonde hair lady. I had a great experience. However, the reason I gave 3/5 stars was because my 3rd sister wanted to get her second lobes pierced as well. My mum took her on Thursday 20/10and to what my mum mentioned the lady that was going to pierce my sisters ear was a different lady. she completely missed the drawn dot on one ear and now it’s very crooked from the other ear. My mum didn’t want to complain so she left without a refund. That lady apparently had a dissatisfied customer that complained before my sisters turn... hearing this I reckon she’s a trainee and should’ve DEFINITELY been supervised. My sister has a positive mindset so shes trying to move on from it. I hope this lady gets the supervision that she deserves to improve."

"The store manager is way too rude. I went there for piercing, she put a dot on different places, upon asking she said i have just put the dot on the outer corner but i will do inside and both at same places. When she finished, i straightaway told her that the piercings are at different places. She said no they both are at same place I can see that. I went home and checked, asked my family and friends - everyone told there is difference not much but yes there is. I went after a week back and talked to the manager very politely saying that it happens, i am not pointing you but everyone feels that piercings are not at the same spot. She said I asked you before and you signed on the declaration as well. She told me If you are not satisfied take it off and get it done from somewhere else. I was talking to her and she went inside the room saying I dont want to talk. I asked the other lady about her name and she refused to tell me the name. Very rude manager and staff. Wont ever go again. Shame on them for behaving like this with customers."

"What a bad experience with the ear piercing today!! I just kept my anger within me. Wasn't done properly. Trainees should be supervised!!! Beautiful occasion turned into a depressing day. Blactown Lovisa, thumbs down!!!!"
