"The bloke is friendly & accommodating, but I had a weird experience. The jewel was taken out without permission while purchasing a necklace, furthermore, he mentioned that he misplaced the jewel and presented us with 3, 4 & box of zircon assuming our jewel was a zircon, however we knew it was moissanite and used his diamond tester to test the stones to find ours, maybe it was genuinely misplaced and the bloke was nice however we'd caution anyone who visit his shop to know their jewels before handing over."
