"Kiddiwinks has been a fabulous place for our son. He has thrived and we are very grateful and appreciative to the staff and Centre. In all honesty, we have been highly impressed with the facilities and care he has received. Staff have been easy to approach and talk to and have always been accepting of feedback and information regarding additional needs. If we were to have any additions to our family we would never hesitate to send them here."
"This school has been so money hungry they make you pay a massive bond then try to take it at every turn even when you have given months notice some teachers are so young and inexperienced which is a worry there are however a couple of great teachers there, it’s more higher up my issue is with I would definitely not recommend based on that. Terrible communication I’ve witnessed a lack of care from some younger staff members when the senior staff arnt in attendance yet I’ve also viewed photos from another child’s parents of the injuries there daughter obtained there please re think attending here"
"In my son's previous pre-school he was unsociable at times; especially during reading books in groups. He played by himself most of the time and isolated. However, I decided to make a change to 'Kiddiwinks', Bligh Park and he blossomed and excelled to writing his name, making friends, listening to books, dancing and got involved. This school changed the trajectory of his course. I found the staff nurturing, fun and to manage all children from different backgrounds and learning abilities. I am so grateful to them."
"From my personal experience this place is terrible and should not be allowed to operate. I experienced that the educators do not keep kids safe or care for them appropriately infact educators are aged starting from 16 and are constantly hired and fired begs the question! I've seen constant (weekly) staff turnover they cant even keep staff which just shows how bad the centre is. There are far better centres around that actually follow protocol and policy unlike this one . Horrible conditions for poor children to be in with highly uninterested and inexperienced educators. I saw so many issues around child safety from educators inappropriately disciplining kids including my child (yelling, physically grabbing arms) and not adequately supervising . I would regularly see kids being violent to others including my child and the educators just sit there and watch. Please reconsider sending your kids here, they seem good on paper but it's a nightmare and I'm surprised they are still operating. Worst decision was coming to this place."
"By far, the best childcare centre in the area. Our daughter has been at the centre for about 6 months now and absolutely loves the educators, facilities, programs and friends she's made, as do we! We've had experiences at a couple of other daycare centres, prior to Kiddiwinks, which just felt like a 'child minding service,' with no structure or educational aspect to the day. The important thing is that our daughter always comes home with a smile on her face and stories of all the exciting things she has done during the day."
