OMAKASE cuisine has grown in popularity in Australia, but with a misinterpreted meaning of "Leave the menu to the chefs". However, at Raita Noda Chef's Kitchen, we stay true to the authentic meaning of OMAKASE, which welcomes diners with individually originated menus according to the climate and weather of the day. Our chef's expertise and flexibility ensure a personalized dining experience with no written plot.
There have been many false rumors causing misunderstanding between outlined menus and adjusted tasting menus. At Raita Noda Chef's Kitchen, our order is a journey to purify the true Art of OMAKASE, consisting of dishes selected by the chef. We respect the honorable Japanese culinary history and promise to provide creations according to the climate and seasonal blessings. Dining at our restaurant is like experiencing an ad-lib stage act or a live jazz session, with a wild and dynamic performance that will make for a memorable culinary adventure.
In addition to our commitment to OMAKASE, we also pay homage to the historical styles of Kaiseki and Kappo. Chef Raita Noda showcases his exquisite techniques, adhering to our distinctive philosophy of blending Japanese traditions with the modern world and embracing Australia's native produce. Our cinematic environment generates a dynamic atmosphere filled with energy.
We are open for dinner only, from Monday to Saturday, starting at 7pm. Please note that we are closed on Sundays. Our OMAKASE degustation menu consists of 10 courses and is priced at $230 per person. We are fully licensed, and strictly no BYO is allowed. Booking is essential to secure your spot at our highly acclaimed restaurant.
