"Ram is a magician, I went to him looking for engagement rings he didn't have what i wanted in store but he did have a VS2/D GIA certified diamond in stock. After some negotiation we agreed on a white gold ring with the VS2/D diamond centered by a diamond halo and some diamonds going down each side of the ring. After about a 4 month wait of having the ring made the ring that came back was an absolute stunner and was made to size. I have also purchased an amethyst ring from Ram which was re-sized to fit on purchase, He couldn't of done a better job"
"Bottom line: If you are looking for an engagement ring, you need to come into solitaire. Otherwise, you'll be throwing thousands down the drain. I had no idea what I was looking for when I first walked into Solitaire. Ram spent a lot of time with me to walk me through how diamonds are priced, all my options and what's involved in buying an engagement ring. I wasn't pressured into making a purchase, and I was invited to shop around with other jewellers - he was confident in his prices and knowledge. I spent a lot of time researching on my own, and found that everything he told me was 100% correct. I went to over a dozen different stores when shopping around (and online) and I was absolutely shocked by the amount of misleading information, bad customer service and astronomical prices. I came back to Ram with more of an idea of what I was after and again, he was so patient working through all the details and he went above and beyond in trying to make the trickier parts of my design a reality. In terms of expertise, honesty, price, customer experience and quality - Solitaire jewellers is unmatched. I would highly recommend this store. If you're reading this review, do yourself a favour and check them out."
