"The time on the internet says closing at 5:45 pm I went there yesterday and they were closed at 5:20pm .Today I called up and an Asian lady said no we are closed at 5:30 pm .I said the web site says 5:45pm and argued with me that I must be thinking about a different store.I said just let your manager know it does say that. It's not your fault. Honestly I'll just go to a different store to big a let down."
"My experience wasn't pleasant with a particular staff who wasn't only rude but refused to attend to my request. I was there to get my ear lobes pierced and she kept saying " oh there are so many people waiting", randomly waving her hand. I asked if someone was already inside and she said no. Then proceeded to say that they had to set the shop up for closing. When asked what was their closing time, she mentioned at 5pm. We were there at 3pm. Not happy at all."
