"Top quality customer service. We went in to get new indoor bouldering shoes and the person that assisted me was extremely knowledgeable. I fit into shoes easily and found a good pair quickly. We were able to test the shoes out on a small demo wall they had in-store which is so important for choosing shoes. He was super patient with my partner who needed to try very many shoes to find one that was comfortable. He demonstrated excellent knowledge by finding a shoe that was comfortable for her."
