"An honest review. I suggest you all to stay away from this smash repairer. I had the rear if my corolla repaired here. When i picked it up they forgot to do a few things: 1. Screws were missing that connected the rear bumer to the body. 2. Rear tail lights were loose and told me thats how they are. So I went to toyota and they fixxed it. Toyota mechanics mentioned ARM did a poor job. 3. ARM also forgot to add the rear car badges to my car. Had to wait an extra 2 weeks. 4. There was a visible dent on my bonnet (due to the accident ) and they refused to fix it. I later went to ARM Mt. Druit and they assisted me. 5. The gaps between my boot lid and the body were not fixxed. An ARM manager confronted me and said that mass production cars have issues and are not perfect. Aren't all cars they handle mass produced? So that's their reason for not doing a professional job. This place is terrible. I should have checked reviews prior to trusting NRMA. Do yourself a favour and do your research."
"I went here because it was recommended by insurance company. The car was left here for a day. When i got it back it was coverd in dirt from the construction sight down the road. They refused to clean it stating the hose was broken because someone drove over it. Then when i asked if they had checked the engine light error I reported they said "no, what error". Not professional, no care to others property and would not show me the quote they sent."
