"This spot seems very authentic and I especially like their cold noodles and pitas. The cold noodles have a great sauce and the vegetables add crush and the gluten is a good vehicle for all the sauce. Cumin lamb pita is another favourite! Great spice/seasoning. I tried some other dishes a while ago (seaweed salad, knife cut noodles) but prefer to stick to the classics. The knife cut noodles where a bit too oily for my liking and weren’t as balanced and tangy as the cold noodles. However I have never been to China or Xi An so I can’t judge. Potato salad is very good too! Only cash or bank transfer! They get a lot of take-away orders so it can be a bit of a wait but nothing horrific. There may be a bit of a language barrier if you only speak English but hasn’t harmed my experience. Recommend!"
"Even though the restaurant is small and doesnt look like much on the outside, they serve pretty great Xi An Food. A great place for a quick feed or late night dinner. Unfortunately they don't take card but they do cash, wechat and payID."
"A small place that doesn't have the best dining atmosphere. It is however, incredible value for money and delicious. The hot knifepair noodles with chilli is super tasty and is generously portioned. Will come back for sure."
"If you're looking for cheap, authentic Western Chinese food, this is your spot. I've eaten here dozens of times and I can honestly say I've never been in when another non-Asian person is there, which I take as a good sign. So get in on this gem before it shows up on some list of best food in Sydney. This is my fave place for noodles in Chinatown. It's a hole-in-the-wall with the same woman making amazing food every day. I freakin' love it. It's not fancy. There are tables outside and inside. It's cash only (but they take bank transfers). And it's cheap. I order the cold noodles (Liang Pi) and the tofu skin salad. So good."
"Traditional Chinese food with low prices and good taste. Recommended dish is fried rice and hand-made noodle."
