Our trainers are highly accredited and experienced in their fields, including performers, NICA graduates, and physical health trainers. They are dedicated to helping you progress and recover, and we even have an onsite Allied Health clinic specializing in injury management, prevention, and performance.
With our spacious aerial studio boasting high ceilings of 9 meters, we offer a range of aerial apparatus, including Aerial Silks, Hoop (Lyra), and Static Trapeze. These classes cater to students of all levels, ensuring that everyone can find their place in our aerial community.
In addition to aerial training, we also offer ground-based training in strength, flexibility, and functional movement. These classes are designed to complement your aerial classes and enhance your overall fitness.
Elemental, Aerial, Fitness and Recovery Studio also pays respect to the Bunurong Peoples' of the Kulin Nation, who are the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the land on which our studio is located. We acknowledge their Elders, both past and present, and recognize their ongoing connection to the land.
