"I saw the Sydney Tower Eye Skywalk and booked right away. Immediately Julia, Jake, Aaron B welcomed us and made us feel safe. Julia was amazing with the information about the tour. Great photographer also. Jake made us feel safe and Aaron kept a good eye on us while we were out there. It was chilly. However, the view and the professionals made the experience memorable. Definitely recommend coming back!"
"Line was very organized. There are also photo booths at the viewing deck. Place is not too crowded and there are also food stalls below for for quick snacks. Great view of the city as well"
"I am giving it a 2 star because the staff were very helpful. I would have given it a 1 star or lower. It is very difficult to find the entry it almost like the shopping center is trying to hide it, we had to ask the information desk. It is on the fifth floor and not obvious to find down a side corridor. It is very expensive for what it is, there is no family pass either. They trying to make it more like a ride than it really is, it is a maze to get to the lift. We spent 10 minutes and it cost us $100+ for two adults and a child just for the observation deck. When you get back down to exit, you have to walk through a tower shop maze to leave. It isn’t really worth it. I hope another building opens up their top floor to observation and offers some competition. The staff are great, very helpful, but they have to be else you would get lost quickly. It is a shame really that this is a ripoff for tourists coming to Australia."
"This was super fun! They have a cafe where you can get drinks and small snacks. There is plenty of seating and great views. There is a VR rollercoaster experience. It was $20 for 2. It was fun but we were both a bit sick after. Highly recommend a stop. The views are beautiful!"
