"This hidden gem is an absolute treat with a location exactly next to the Espalande! Ambience, service and cleanliness were top notch. The food was super. We ordered the goat biryani, masala dosa platter and puri bhaji (especially prepared not on menu but owner accommodated) and mango lassi. Big wow and will be back with friends."
"Great value for money, I ordered the curry deal which came with 2 curries, rice and a yoghurt condiment. It is great value for money coming in at $13. The butter chicken tasted quite authentic, different to the creamy sweet version you get in food courts. Again good bang for your bucks."

"Although the expectations on a new gastronomic venue are usually high -and twice for Indian food due to the high offer in Melbourne- this little gem delivered with ease. My food of choice was a goat biryani that came in a plate impeccably presented with sauces at a side and a smile from the very owner. Please refer to the picture of the aftermath, with my apologies. I wasn't thinking of writing this lengthy review until I finished my dinner. It's not just about the flavour, which was delicious and captured the flavours to be expected in high end venues of this type of food, but also the passion and knowledge they had regarding the cooking process. The fact that they are operating in a small venue, seating roughly 20 patrons at once, means absolutely nothing. These guys are providing quality food and an outstanding service for a fraction of the cost you could find anywhere else. I'm very glad I stumbled upon this place and am looking forward to trying these lunch menus they offer for a more than reasonable price. I recommend you to try it as well if you happen to be in the area, and feel free to ask them about the process as they do to extensive detail explaining every step of it. Just like any passionate owner does when they believe in their product. Wishing there were more like these venues around."
