"The only reason this bunnings is receiving 5 stars is due to a worker called Steve!! His been helping out for the past couple years and always goes above and beyond. My husband and brother in law went to bunnings tonight and were gone for a few hours for one item. When they went to Steve he went above and beyond. No bloody surprise when they told me who helped them out. They said he emailed multiple people, made phone calls and went thru a book filled with parts just to find sliding door wheels compatible with the ours. Thanks Steve, you are an asset, my husband always tells me to look for you when I can't find something. Bunnings if it wasn't for this worker you would be getting 1 star due to the lack of effort from other workers !!!!!!"
"To the lady on the returns desk. You might want to revise the Bunnings returns policy and lighten up a little. "Change of mind returns/exchanges We are pleased to offer change of mind returns or exchanges." If a heater doesn't heat a room like it's supposed to, then it's not fit for purpose and therefore qualifies under the Australian Consumer Law as a returnable item regardless of the Bunnings change of mind policy. Which, as I explained was the reason I was returning it. Not because I changed my mind because I didn't like the colour or something. Apart from that bad experience, everyone else is really nice."
"I would like to thank the Manager At Bunnings Epping Michael for his excellent customer service and support and Also I would like to thank Peter in the timber yard for his excellent customer service and support nd advice. If I was the Area Manager or state manager of Bunnings I would be honored to have these two employees working for Bunnings and I would have Peter training other team members from other stores all about what timber can be used for fencing and decking for example.I would recommend everyone northern suburbs go to Bunnings Epping the advice and customer service is great once again I hope Michael get promotion once again thank you Michael and Peter"
