"Food quality was poor. Butter chicken was not cooked well and the wait time was 50mins. (When asked about waiting time, they told its too busy, I saw only 50% of seats occupied)Will not go again. Please try to improve.."
"Ordered a whole tandoori chicken and chicken biriyani this evening. Green salad for the one tandoori chicken was one slice cucumber and a couple of salad leaves. The mint sauce didn’t taste like it was made from fresh mint and the yoghurt didn’t seem like it was homemade as mentioned in the menu. There was way too much green food colouring in the mint sauce and too sweet. The biriyani was more like a Pilau/Pilaf with a couple of small dry pieces of chicken. A $12-$15 chicken biriyani that you get to buy from other places would have more quantity with 2 big pieces of chicken, including an egg, raita, pappad and pickle. Accompaniments are charged separately here; $5.50 for the raita and $4.00 pappadum and $3.50 pickle. The biriyani costs $17.95 for a small portion and $20.50 for a big portion. But you could normally get more quantity and better quality than this with all the accompaniments included. Not flavourful enough. Not worth the money at all. Would not recommend this place to anybody."
"Best Indian food in Pakenham and even beyond. Had a beautiful date night here. Despite of being busy (for Father’s Day), the staff were super friendly and attentive. We ordered Tandoori Lamb Cutlets and Garlic Chicken Tikka for entrée. It was sizzling when served and mouth watering. Lamb Korma and Butter Chicken with Raita and saffron rice for main. We asked for mild, and they listened unlike many other Indian restaurants. All dishes were aromatic and heavenly. For dessert, we got Pistachio Kulfi and Mango Lassi. Dreamy finish for an Indian night out. Outstanding experience. Can’t recommend this place enough. We will definitely come back. Would love to see if they add Dosa to their menu."
