So, let’s break it down… Atmosphere: **** It’s only a small shop located on the corner of the central café just outside the entrance to Coles. There is a fair few communal seats in front of the serving counter and if you don’t mind the internal buzz of shoppers, it could be nice to sit here after your shopping is done and have a few sushi rolls as a refreshing change of pace. The shop looks clean, professional and appetising. Customer Service: ***** Friendly, helpful and super quick! Was greeted with a smile and was on my way with my takeaway order in under a minute. Really well done. Food (why we are here): ***** Order: Tuna with Avocado, Fresh Salmon with Avocado & Fresh Prawn with Avocado and Cucumber - $10.90 Both with the soy sauce and without, these are some very good sushi rolls – Very fresh ingredients and not one of them dry at all. Plus, they even have brown rice options, if you are being super healthy. Overall: This is a gold mine of your delicious sushi favourites that is surprisingly hidden in the middle of the Centre here.
