"We came here yesterday to treat the kids, chick with what looked like a fake tattoo on her right arm, spoke to my wife and kids so rudely, rolling her eyes because they didn’t pick the colour of their donuts fast enough. Like we were a hinderance. Even though my wife continued to be cheerful and thankful, nearly every single person was rude. What a horrible pack of young people you had working yesterday. Bring back the people you usually have during the week led by the lovely blonde woman."
"Hi Team, I would have nvr given this review had it been a little good experience. Ordered glazed donut with coffee. The glazed donut had no sugar glaze at it at all and it seemed to be plain bread slice. I let one of the staff know about this but she gave a very rude stare that thats how glazed donuts are and she can't do anything. I believe that any complaint or flaw should be taken positively so that rather than never returning back, customer should come back. Thanks"
