Communication is appalling both with employees and the owner, written and verbal were shocking. Lack of response, empty promises and huge delays. I highly recommend anyone looking to have their flooring done to take your business elsewhere these guys are not worth your time at all! Absolutely shocking. A month for a simple call back is unacceptable, full of excuses. Promise you the world and never deliver. Booked and confirmed a time, confirmed again on the day, said they were coming and never showed. Wasn't until a week later that they bothered to respond let alone arrange a time to reschedule.
