"I normally don't write reviews but this time I had too... whoever was working at 6.30 pm at the service desk today was the worst employee I have ever come across! First of all she was showing attitude when my partner approached her to ask her a question about a product. Instead of just having a look on the system or helping, she rudely answered "no cant help" and then walked off with her hoodie up over her head... totally disappointed with the people being hired to manage the service desk at big W. She definately needs to be fired for her really bad customer service."
"Laybuy lady at 12:45 on August 2nd horrible at her job. Can't even crack a smile. All Pokemon squishmallloows out front were damaged and stained so I bought all of them to the back layby and said you can't sell these. I asked if there was any out back or anything she can do to lay-by and she shook her head. She didn't say one word to me as she gave my money back. Unprofessional as. Disappointed children at home. Rude rude rude"
"The lady told me they were too busy to blow a Ballon for my daughter. My daughter loves balloons . What an anti kid customer service. They made my daughter cry. Like seriously how hard it is to blow one balloon. It's not a mining job or heavy lifting."
