"hungry jacks is pretty good, i like the BBQ cheeseburger but it has too much sauce + they increased the prices. there are alot more better fast food places than hungry jacks. I had to wait 10 minutes for the cashier to arrive when there was no customers . overall 3/5"

"The front service is pretty slow and chilled. Rarely get the extra sauce that I ask for on my burger so I really have to ask twice to make sure. My burger was made with efficiency but was sitting on the counter for over ten minutes waiting to be given to me. Others received their order even though I ordered before they did. The manager wasn’t too worried with the orders but as they piled up she then decided to assist the young girl at her slow pace. She really didn’t care. Well done on keeping your consistent work effort!!"
"The cheese in 2 veg burger i ordered from this place did not taste fresh. It smelt like a dead fish. When i reported to the manager, he started asking a lot of questions. He said that he eats same burger every day and no complain. I asked him to try mine if he doesn't believe.i only had one bite. They don't have any replacement policy. At last i had to bin both burgers."
"The restaurant appeared to be cleaned and was staffed by friendly team members. There was a small issue with my order which restaurant team immediately fixed and were very amiable. If you are in the Sunshine area and looking for HJ's I would recommend this store."
