"The food is always great.. but the service at this joint? My God. Firstly, they never listen when you speak to them (unsure if they're just bad at customer service, or if there is genuinely something wrong with the speaker box) but my god it is infuriating ordering at this particular Oporto and it's unfortunate that it's the closest one in the area to home. Please, train your staff to have better customer service skills."
"I asked for my order to be fresh and from a new batch 4 times. Each time the cashier said “yes it’s fresh” but in the end the fillets in all the burgers were only lukewarm at best even after these countless reminders and affirmations. This Oporto also has no Halal certification. The one in Wyndham Waters does have a halal certificate on display."
"Food is usually good but customer service is getting worst by the day. Girl at the drive thru din say a word except how much was my order $20.45. Which includes a bondi burger box with triple bondi.. but only got a double bondi burger.."
"Burgers are made good here at this Oporto, however chicken are not fresh. Also no sauce/basting whenever you ask them. They will NOT listen to you and provide you that. It’s like they play a deaf ear as you as you request for extra sauce on the chicken."
