"ordered my pizza for pick up at 8:00pm. finally got my pizza after waiting for 45minutes.forget about picking up your order on time if they have a promotion or something going on. Think they are under staff and cant manage the quantity of orders that they are getting."
"We get it the store is busy but why would you give everyone 15 minutes pick up time when you CLEARLY know you can’t deliver it. Pickup time was 07:30 PM and I got my pizza at 08:30. They gave me 15 minutes pick up time. And then the owner has the nerve to say where were you? Mate I’ve been at the store since 07:30. Don’t ask stupid questions instead pay attention to the service."

"They do not even deserve one star. very poor customer service, I ordered simple chesse pizza today and it was so bad. too watery, and soggy. even overcooked burned pizza. after seeing the pizza I took it to the Pizza Hut staff. the girl working there had no apologies for that bad pizza. she was only saying this is the cheese pizza, if she make new one that will be same. After I left the boy and girl start gossiping regarding feedback I given to them. think before you spend money."

I ordered 4+4.. the pizzas I got had good taste, also came with a box of chips that were only half full so not happy about that.. Came with 2 cokes... Only 1 coke was cold and there other felt like wasn't even in a fridge.. That is the reason for my score today.."
