"This is my second experience here and it was terrible. I love SNS. Its light, its gorgeous and I love the amount of colours it comes in. A friend and I booked an appointment for 10am, but the store wasn't even open when we arrived and we had to repeat to them twice that we had an appointment. The guy who did my nails was hurried, broke a nail and couldn't seem to decide on the best file attachment to use. I've SNS done before but he had to use three separate file heads and still couldn't get it right. He got up and left it to the female technician. Who got up in the middle of the two appointments that had been BOOKED by my friend and I, to do a last minute walk in who was in a hurry and wanted a manicure right away. The female technician finally made her way to me to complete the job the man couldn't. I wasn't asked what length I wanted. I had the colours picked out but they selected the wrong shades and I was cut on three separate fingers by the high speed filer. No apologies even after I pointed one of them out to her. (The other two were found later on.) Sure you get a 5% discount if you pay by cash but in my opinion not worth it."

"I had shellac done here, they worked very fast and did a perfect job. I liked that the salon was quiet and they didn't have a TV loudly blaring like some other salons do. It also didn't have that typical overwhelming nail salon smell, which was nice, you know the one! I do recommend booking rather than doing walk in :)"
